The only way to only eat 22 WW points in a day is to be on the Princess, Pauper, Pants diet. It goes like this:
eat breakfast like a princess (gross)
eat lunch like a pauper (not enough of something good with a lot of vegetables)
eat dinner like pants (basically, salad and starvation)
btw, I can't figure WordPress out at the moment...And really, what's wrong with sticking with what you know?
