You know when you're on an exotic vacation when you seek out unique water towers along the way. I was half past pist that I didn't get a good shot of the one at a certain rather popular drug/alcohol rehab center in Center City, MN...and no, I'm not making light of 12 step programs. I admire anyone who sincerely makes their way through the dozen steps and changes their life from destroying themselves and others to letting go and letting God.

This reminds me of the leaning water tower in Groom, Texas. How that d@mn thing hasn't toppled over by now is anyone's guess. Maybe it has something to do with being just down the highway from a giant cross. Anyway, that stretch of road is ripe for an accident. You've got a gapers block on the right with the cross, one on the left with the leaning water tower and the sun shining right in your eyes as it's rising in the east! Note to self: Don't drive that stretch early in the AM.
