Go Ask Alice when she's ten feet tall

Alice wasn't attached to the gigantic watering can at Storybook Gardens, she was hiding behind some bushes at the cinderblock repair shop, head in hand. Are those metal bars at the spout where she usually sits? I'd have more than a headache if that was the case.
