LOL, I sent an email greeting via the hospital website where my cousin just had her baby in Missouri...here are the instructions on addressing said email:
(Please do NOT address mail to "Mom," "Sis," "Grandma," "Bubba" or other nicknames.
Remember...we don't know who "Bubba" is, so unless you include the patient's first and last name,
we can't deliver his/her mail! )
